Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via PromptPay, credit card, or bank transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PromptPay (QR code), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) for orders under ฿5,000.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order if it hasn't been processed yet. Contact us via LINE or email for cancellation requests.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery areas?
We deliver to all provinces in Thailand. International shipping is available to select countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan.
How long does delivery take?
Bangkok & vicinity: 1-2 business days. Other provinces: 2-4 business days. Same-day delivery available for Bangkok orders placed before 10 AM.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on orders over ฿3,000 within Thailand. Orders under ฿3,000 have a flat shipping fee of ฿120.
How do you keep fruits fresh during shipping?
We use insulated packaging with ice packs for temperature-sensitive items. All fruits are packed in protective foam to prevent bruising.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% freshness guarantee. If your fruit arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a full refund or replacement.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us via LINE @directmarket or email support@directmarket.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I return opened products?
For quality issues, yes. We understand you need to open the fruit to check. Take photos showing the issue and we'll process your claim promptly.

Products & Quality

Where do your fruits come from?
We partner with over 500 certified farms across Thailand, primarily in Chanthaburi, Rayong, and Chumphon provinces - the best fruit-growing regions.
Are your fruits organic?
Many of our products are certified organic. Look for the "Organic" badge on product listings. All our fruits meet strict quality and safety standards.
How do I know if the durian is ripe?
Our durians are harvested at optimal ripeness. For best experience, consume within 1-2 days of delivery. Store in cool place, not refrigerator, until eating.
What's the best way to store fresh fruits?
Durian: Room temperature, consume within 2 days. Mangosteen: Refrigerate, consume within 5-7 days. Specific storage instructions are included with each order.

Account & Membership

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and earn rewards points.
How do rewards points work?
Earn 1 point for every ฿100 spent. 100 points = ฿50 discount. Points expire after 1 year. VIP members earn double points.
How do I become a selling agent?
Apply through our Agent Program page. Approved agents get exclusive pricing, promo codes to share, and earn commissions on referral sales.
